1 Refund Eligibility Criteria
Zelthrivance provides refunds under specific circumstances that protect both our users and service integrity. You're eligible for a full refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of initial purchase and haven't accessed premium features extensively.
Pro-rated refunds apply when canceling annual subscriptions after the 14-day window but within 90 days of purchase, provided usage doesn't exceed 30% of available features.
Technical issues that prevent service access for more than 48 hours qualify for partial refunds. We also honor refunds for duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, and cases where our platform fundamentally fails to deliver promised cost management functionality.

Refund processing varies depending on your original payment method and banking institution. Most refunds appear in your account faster than the maximum timeframes listed below.
Refund Processing Timeline
Credit Cards: 3-5 Business Days
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express typically process refunds within this timeframe, though some banks may take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
PayPal: 1-3 Business Days
PayPal refunds process quickly and appear in your PayPal balance immediately, with bank transfers taking additional time if you choose to withdraw funds.
Bank Transfers: 5-10 Business Days
Direct bank payments require additional processing time due to international banking protocols and verification procedures.
4 Special Circumstances & Exceptions
Certain situations receive special consideration beyond our standard refund policy. Medical emergencies, financial hardship, or significant life changes may qualify for extended refund windows when properly documented.
Business accounts with multiple users may receive partial refunds based on actual usage metrics and remaining subscription time, calculated on a per-user basis.
We don't provide refunds for subscription renewals that weren't cancelled before the renewal date, but we'll immediately cancel future billing upon request. Gift subscriptions follow different rules and can be refunded within 30 days if the recipient hasn't activated their account.
Service disruptions beyond our control, including third-party integration failures or force majeure events, may result in service credits rather than cash refunds, extending your subscription period equivalently.
